Applications are open for the Center for International Policy (CIP) Multimedia & Communications Internship 2026. This role is perfect for someone who loves producing engaging content and cares about international security and U.S. foreign policy. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting communications, digital media, and research across a range of projects.
The responsibilities of the intern will include:
- Edit and produce short videos and graphics for social media.
- Draft, schedule, and post content across platforms.
- Help monitor and manage CIP’s social media accounts.
- Assist with background research and content development for fact sheets and reports.
- Support staff with communications and administrative tasks as needed.
Remuneration
- The internship is paid.
Eligibility
- Applicant should have strong video editing and graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Imovie, Adobe Premiere, etc).
- Clear, adaptable writing style with interest in policy.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics.
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and meet tight deadlines independently.
